I love a new car, I hate the payments, like all of us.

We went out for dinner tonight and the little woman asked me to stop by the dealer to look at one of these:



We were looking at the GL320 CDI

I figure we won't live forever, but even so I don't need or want to spend that kind of money for a car.

And besides, I don't want to have to do a thread titled, If you think mgdavis was an idiot....look what I did!  grin

 shocked Talk about sticker shock. It sure would be sweet to have that diesel engine though, 398 ft-lbs of torque! A 7-speed autobox too, that's pretty cool (for a slushbox  grin).

I hope that we start seeing a lot more diesels in this country, and that the taxes on it get knocked back to keep it competitive with gasoline.

I like those things for some odd reason. My wife isn't very fond of the boxy look though.
