I finally shot the guy

with my camera that is  grin

This iguana is about 4 feet long total from head to tale.  He is on my dock every other day.  Perched on a dock post, I couldn't resist the photo op.  There is a second much smaller one (the size of a pet iguana) that is also on the dock frequently.  I assume the smaller one is the female and this guy is the male, but frankly I have no clue.  They're probably the offspring of the offspring of somebody's pet let loose long ago.

Wow!

I had a pet iguana for a while.........until it died.  sad
The limerick, peculiar to English,
Is a verse form that's hard to extinguish,
Once congress, in session,
Decreed it's suppression,
But people got around it by writing the last line without any rhyme or meter.

What kinda resolution cam did you shoot him with?  That's awesome.

Originally shot at 8 something megapixels.  It's a Konika-Minolta Digital SLR cam.

SLR makes a huge difference I've found in picture quality.

I think I'll try to take photos of some of the other wildlife that shows up in my yard.  We also get a lot of huge colorful parrots.
