Wassup with the hosting facility for APS?

It goes down more than... well... um... lots of things.  :angel:

ETA:  What can be done to help fix this?  Do we need to look into a paypal collection drive to move it to a better facility?

It's a crap server.  :|

It is suppose to be replaced with much better hardware.  I haven't been given any firm timetables about that, though.
