Too bad people can't seem to grasp the reality that energy is never free. 

unless it were installed only on the downslope side of the road where people would normally be braking anyway.

Yikes, must have hit a sore spot.  :)  I only meant to point out that it's not Obama's idea.  He gets way too much credit, so I like to talk him down where I can.   =D
Oh okay lol.  Yeah, I am not a big fan of Bush or McCain, but I really don't like Obama's ideas policies.
