Ditto. I think it's the best since the Titans-Rams game in 2000.
It was a good game, certainly.  But the Giants win last year was a darned good game, too.

Well, I just know what I heard... At the time, I was living in midtown, and my favorite hole in the wall pub was frequented by a lot of sports guys who had apartments in the building above it... Mostly baseball, but some hockey and football. Basically, the guys said that much of the rest of the team didn't want to play with Warner, and especially not with his wife... I think they were sort of pushy with the religion stuff...

Not much worse than a fervent new convert to just about anything.

"Lemme tellya about...drone...drone...fantastic...drone...best thing that ever happened to me...drone...you oughta...drone...drone..."

"Yes, thank you, I know about it and I'm glad you're so into it, but I'm not interested."

"No, really man, you oughta...drone...I could show you...drone...drone..."

"No. Thanks, but no, I'm not interested."

"Come on, this is great! You...drone...drone..."

"Shut up, I don't want to hear any more about it!"

"Just listen a minute, wouldya?...drone...drone..."

ad nauseum

How would they know? Wild assed supposition?

What did they win?

A big shiny cup and some fancy rings, IIRC.

I could be wrong about the cup, though.
