I am looking for a way to automatically sync a folder on my desktop with a folder on a thumbdrive, whenever I plug the drive in. I don't need all sort of options, and I would prefer not to have to syn manually. I would also like something that is freeware, and preferably resource light, like some kind of tiny open source app. Basically just whenever I plug the thumbdrive in, have 2 identical folders on the drive and my desktop copy each other with the latest changes. No extra frills are really needed. I've looked at Microsoft Groove, but it looks to be about 10,000 times more complicated than I need.
