It's bogus. Just as he says the word "stigmata" in the intro, you can see him doing something to his right hand with his left, and I *think* you can get a glimpse of the fake knife stuck to the back of his hand. After that point, you'll notice he's careful to always keep his right palm toward the camera. Notice also when he stops the turntable, he adjusts it - no doubt to get the actual knife out of the way. As he slaps down on the cup, he turns his hand palm down. Finally, notice that we don't see the hilt of the knife - he never lifts his hand off the stool. There's a cut, then he's holding his "bandaged" hand.
