Mega-slow-mo bullet impact video
« on: October 09, 2009, 08:33:53 PM »
Thought many might find this video interesting:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QfDoQwIAaXg

Shows various kinds of bullets hitting various kinds of things, at a framerate I didn't think possible. Don't think I've seen this posted before.

Wow! Was interesting to see some of the blunt rounds erupting from the rear of the bullet body as internal pressures built.

How about some ultra slo-mo lightning at 7000+ fps? Takes a bit to load but worth the wait...

It was interesting watching the hollowpoints expand in the gelatin.

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

I'm pretty sure I have the latest version of Flash Player. And I'm pretty sure JavaScript is turned on. I want to watch the videos.

Mozilla add-on DownloadHelper allows you to download them as .flv videos.

If you have The KM Player or VLC you can them play it.

As fast as the bullet is, the glass cracks faster than the eye can follow.  I liked the horizontal hailstorm at the end!  =D
