I need a sling, a bouncy sling...

Not really bouncy. 

Saw a sling on SWAT tv, standard strapping, went from two point to single point by unclicking the front hook from the front swivel and moving it to the rear of the receiver with the back hook.  A quick tug on the working end and the length was corrected.

I have one for my mossberg shotgun.  They even spell nice adapters for guns that aren't completely designed for slings.

after reading Fly320's reply I realized you were possibly looking for a bungee sling.  Don't know anything about them.

I had a two-point bungee sling on one of my ARs.  I'll never use it again.

The sling doesn't secure the rifle well enough; it can't keep the rifle close and tight to my body when I want it to.  When the sling is loosened enough to allow me to shoot, then there is too much play in the bungee.  The worst part of all is when the rifle gets hung-up on something.  The bungee is stretched, then released, usually sending the buttstock at my chin.

Honestly, I've found single point bungie slings to be the best for me.  Good for hand to hand transitions when cornering, easy to hang in front of you or brush to the side when going hands on.

Might I ask what you're using this sling for?  Carrying a rifle on your back on a long walk, and clearing buildings require 2 very different slings.

That's the one.  And I noticed it's recommended by our own Brad johnson to boot.

I wasn't thinking bouncy in terms of bungee, been there did not like that, I was referencing this...
