Great Ad.  The rifle toward the end gives it a nice touch.

Of course, there is no content whatsoever, but I like the attitude.

I'll concede that -- but the horse, hat, and rifle are all worth the fits any leftists that see the ad will have. :)

I love this state! "Liberal" is about as dirty a word as you can get down here. In all of the races--governor, state legislature, ag secretary, etc--the candidates make a big deal about being conservative...and being pro-gun. They don't sneak around their stances on guns. It's right in their advertising.

Holy MOLY! That's amazing. I'm surprised there are still politicians with a backbone. Right on. =D

Alabama, the state where that ad is running.

I saw a billboard over on I-65 last week that said something simple along the lines of "Democrats can't be trusted."

I've talked to quite a few people already, and everyone seems to be conservative. I haven't met anyone who confesses to being a Democrat.

Hammer's down... no such thing as a DA/SA lever gun. ;)

I didn't like how he indirectly accused his horse of supporting the other guy.  =(

Maybe he's only accusing the back half of his horse of supporting his opponent.
I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.

So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. There are other forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides the will of evil. Bilbo was meant to find the Ring. In which case, you also were meant to have it. And that is an encouraging thought

Can we get this guy to run for Governor in Illinois ??

Please ??

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.

You'd need English subtitles for ads in Chicago.
"Men, it has been well said, think in herds. It will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one."
- Charles Mackay, Scottish journalist, circa 1841

"Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it." - John Lennon
