If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of a constitutional privilege.

A few of those really hit close to home.
My paternal grandfather, the only kind and honest man I ever knew when I was a child, worked at #67 for 40 years.

Wisdom (#32)  and Dillon (#57), Montana look just like I remember them from the SW Montana Fly-Fishing Tornado of the Autumn of 1995.

Thanks.  I love the old photographs.
7-11 was a part time job.

Interesting photos - thanks for posting.

Is it just me or does anyone else - when viewing old photos - think of that line from a movie: "I see dead people"?

Mostly I see heroes - folks doing what must be done because there is no alternative.

Or is it just that these days more folks see whining and waiting for the gooberment to save them as a viable alternative?

stay safe.
