Monster Hunter Vendetta

Absolutely delightful. Good ol' fashioned guilty pleasure novel... zombies, vampires, werewolves, and ass-kickery

I'm enjoying this immensely. A worthy follow up to the first.

My only complaint is that the ebook file I got seems to be bugged a bit. Every 10 or so lines, the words run off the screen. usually only one word, and i've been able to infer what they were by either changing text size to change the wrapping or just by context.

I'll be updating my firmware to see if that helps. I have a nook.

Well I'm convinced. I'm buying the first one and second one.  =D

My friend gave me the first one a few weeks back and I read the second one over a trip this weekend.  Both excellent reading.  Larry Correia is now on the short list of authors whose next release I eagerly anticipate.

Polished off another 50 pages today, at this rate I'll be done by the end of the weekend.  I'm enjoying the hell out of it so far.

Piker.  I finished it in two days.  :P

Good book.

Half a day for me. When books like this come out I get a pizza in town once I get the book so that I can a) read while the pizza is being made and b) eat the pizza at home while reading so I don't have to cook, and one large pizza will cover two meals for me so I don't have to stop reading.

Just ordered MHI and MHV, plus When the Devil Dances (Human-Posleen War Series #3), from Barnes and Noble.  I had an old gift card that needed to be used.  I'll take them to Phoenix with me on a business trip at the end of the month.
I'm really looking forward to reading the MH series based on the comments here.
