Good thing it wasn't a 320.  We could have a lot of fun with this.

Cliff Notes version.

Pilot gets stuck in lavatory.  Pounds on the door, passenger with foreign accent pounds on cockpit door, co-pilot is spooked with the foreign accent and knowing password to open door.  Almost calls an emergency until pilot gets out on his own and is able to convince the control tower all is fine.  Fighters were on call but didn't scramble.
