  • I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.
Politicians and bureaucrats are considered productive if they swarm the populace like a plague of locust, devouring all substance in their path and leaving a swath of destruction like a firestorm. The technical term is "bipartisanship".

  • Bill, slayer of threads.
Video includes Dennis Henigan from the Brady Center talking about how guns are bad. Some of his arguments made me alternately grind my teeth and then wish I could reach through the internet to smack him upside the head for the idiocy he presents as fact. His closing remark "...a right that takes the lives of 80 of our citizens every day." Guess he isn't even trying to claim they are chillin's anymore, just "citizens."
[/rant]

The video in general is quite good with regards to that they have speakers from both sides of the argument present.

ETA: I will say a good portion of the left-viewed speakers seem to be just plain complaining about specific justices on the SCOTUS and the Heller decision.

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.
