To send my own thread off on a tangent, at a staff meeting this morning, our deputy superintendent went off on a tirade on how the Tea Party is destroying government workers and that, "they'll get there's when the govt shuts down and it all backfires on them".

I just did my best Ron Swanson imitation and said that I hope they furlough us for at least a month and that no one would miss us. Then they should privatize the entire government and have it run by Chucky Cheese. Because they have an impeccable business model.
