Property Piracy alive and well in China
« on: April 15, 2006, 11:44:38 PM »
Anyone notice that China is kicking folks out of their houses and bulldozing them to make room for private business [if such a thing exists] in China.  Wouldn't it be nice to thank the dishonorable five on our SCOTUS for enabling that sort of operation here.  Who's side are they on??

do you really have to ask that question?
You should know the answer, now get back in line and keep filling out forms to pay your taxes.  Subject.

SCOTUS' inability to differentiate between "use" and "benefit" led to citizen uproar in many states.  That, in turn, led to legislative actions to prevent further such abuse.  The Texas Lege certainly got the message.

I saw something about this on Faux news.  Sure seems the Chinese gummint is practicing a new improved western method of pissing people off.

Q: How long can the US government piss 300 million people off?

A: Nearly as long as the Chinese government can piss off about 1.3 billion Chinese
Guns
Motorcycles
Jeeps
Never enough!

China has had a command and control economy since the Kingdom of Qin.

Sneaky Chinese, a 4,000 year old lead on the socialists here!:D

As to the Supreme Court, it is always a safe bet to figure that the government will support the government.Smiley
