I missed something.  I did not see a "spanking." I saw a swat on what was likely a diapered bottom with possibly enough force behind it to attract the child's attention, but not enough to be abuse.

Question: Does the butt-in-ski complain about the undisciplined behavior of modern youth?

Looks like they cut off the stock.  Or it's a folder, but I didn't see it.  Yea, it's Philly.  I'm just surprised that anyone is surprised, let alone shocked.  It. is. Philly.  If you don't want to deal with that sort of thing, don't live there.

On the plus side, hopefully the guy that started the whole thing learned a very important lesson.  Mind your own business unless it's pretty friggin' serious.

I guess I have a different reaction to this... rather than commenting on a swat on the butt or the flaws of the people on the bus.  Those fing animals doing the shooting should be hanged publicly, at a minimum.

The article I read on this said some attorney is trying to claim that there was no assault because nobody actually was shot. Ya know, years ago we used to joke about "Philadelphia lawyers." Looks like maybe the jokes weren't so far off the mark. Doofus should have his law decree recalled.
