Insulting Code in Beta Version Made Public; Feminist Whore Skill

More Dead Island Fun

In addition to general buggyness, the meant for developers only to see beta code accidentally released to the public through the digital distribution included such code labels as "Feminist Whore" [End game name is Gender Wars, giving the female character increased damage against male zombies].

While I had previously thought someone should be fired for accidentally sending the wrong version, I am now wondering if a couple people should get fired for various reasons.

I am still holding off on playing till the patch comes.  I hope I am compensated for the trouble... I'd like a digital hat.  That seems about right.

Fired?
They should get a fat bonus for having the courage to be anti-politically correct.

Well, there is all the extra free publicity  =|

I don't think work product is an appropriate place for social activism.  While pride in your work ect is one thing, it is the company on the line for your actions.  along with all those coworkers.

Slim chance there is one, but imagine how a lady programmer would feel having to debug that.
