Popcorn Experiment a Success- Mozzerella Ball Oil A-Ok

I do enjoy the Mozzerella Balls that have been kept in oil; especially with the basil and dried tomatoes.  Was curious if that oil would work for popping popcorn in.  Was also wondering if from the impurities it would burst into flames... 

It was a success!  More flavor in the popcorn.

Well I think we've finally solved that mystery!
On two occasions, I have been asked [by members of Parliament], "Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?" I am not able to rightly apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question.

As a complete cooincidence, I have been unable to find butter-free microwave popcorn in the big chain stores I frequent. My stash of "natural" flavored microwave popcorn is running out, so I bought a bag of old-fashioned normal popcorn. What's the best oil to use?
Maybe a rare occurence, but then you only have to get murdered once to ruin your whole day.

Trader Joe's sells small mozzarella balls packed in olive oil, basil, garlic and sundried tomatoes.  I like to make bruschetta with the mozzarella and drizzle some of the oil on top.
