Car won't start...  Waiting on my buddy to come jump it.  Parked in nose in diadonal street parking.   Spot next to my car opened up.  This lady just parked in it.  I asked her to park somewhere else very nicely.   She said get *expletive deleted*ed and walked off.

CSD beat me to the valve stems. If you have a can of fix-a-flat, or can get one, add the entire can to one of her tires. Once it heats up, it should blow the tire.

IF you could get under the hood (which you probably can't without the right tools) you could pull the wires from her ignition module/distributor.

Potato in the exhaust pipe.  No damage, but a major pain.

Unplug the tag lights. Nobody notices them except the police, so she'll get pulled over eventually while doing some night driving.

if you had more time and a private place i highly recommend removing a valve core  squirt in a quart or more of water  reinstall reinflate.  no prob till first freeze  then the block of ice will unbalance that wheel spectacularly.  diagnosis can be a challenge if block melts before mechanic can check it out
