Alligator lopper~ My new favorite tool

I just got this tonight and had to try it out.  This thing is incredible!  I buzzed through a bunch of tree limbs in lighting speed.  My wife found this on Amazon for $55 shipped on sale.  She got major brownie points for this.

I am disappoint.  I thought this was going to be a story of a resolute trek through the Everglades, dealing out justice to surly reptiles.

I saw the commercial for that thing and and said who would by that? I guess you answered it.
Give me a good old fashioned chain saw.
Hey at least the standard chain saw help thin the gene pool.
I needed a mod to change my signature because the concept of "family friendly" eludes me.
Just noticed that a mod changed my signature. How long ago was that?

Not only can you get one without a background check.  You can get one through a home and garden show loop hole.  No trigger locks.  There is a cordless model that will accept those high  cap battery packs for some serious trimming.

Because with the extension handle, she can stand up to 12 feet away to avoid the blood spray.

Nifty little gizmo but I think I'll stick with my Stihl MS270.
For the light stuff my McCulloch with the little 18" bar does fine.

Gotcha.  Doggie ate $400 of my saw budget yesterday, but I'll keep that in mind when I'm ready to shop again.
