They have to have lots of air circulation, they discharge air upward. In this particular case they are going to use bushes to hide them. There's also going to be a generator on that pad.

+1 on the siding. I wasn't too crazy about it myself. Personally, I can't see spending all that money on cedar just to paint it over. They DID use the new synthetic stuff for the trim though. It's like PVC or something. Smells foul when they cut it. (The trim Cheesy )

I know one skid of the cedar cost $7,000. I'm not sure if one was enough to do the whole house. Overpriced for what they got.
