Sappy commercials
« on: January 25, 2012, 11:01:38 PM »
UNICEF commercials showing starving children...   Humane Society ads with starving dogs and cats....

And I says to myself, "What if we could get these two groups together?"
"It's good, though..."

Well, it would just be sad if the puppies and kitties got eaten.

I like puppies and kittys

Problem is either way you go, there wouldn't be enough to feed either group.

You put them all in an octagon.  The eater is the victor.  My money, on the puppies.

The octagon is a thing? I thought that was just made up for "Napoleon Dynamite."

Yeah, don't feed the Irish to animals. That's animal cruelty.

What about feeding animals to the Irish?  Or maybe just Sarah McLaughlin.

The only other commercial I can think of that I might classify as sappy are the "It's my money and I want it now!" commercials for cashing out long term payment plans.
