No, collateral damage, radiation, fallout etc. would be unacceptable.  The fire idea on the page prior has some merit, but the business facility is likely to be leased or multi-tenant, and the landlord or other occupants are innocents.

Although, I haven't had a land-line in over 10 years now, so I can't speak as to being bothered by telemarketers very well.

Spammers.. death is too good for them. They need to be kept alive for the full retribution. The Mexican cartel stuff would be a starting point for what ought happen to them.
