I don't think they believe there will be an "end of state".  We will finally know for sure if Israel has nukes.  The USA probably gave them the nukes.

It's a fair bet they do.  We didn't give them to them.  They aren't that hard to make.  I mean, Christ, south Africa made a few of their own ( less than 10, according to a friend of mine who actually was in the program and told me the actual number), and Israel is more paranoid, and more tech savvy.

Geeesh, I've seen documentaries on TV on how the Israelis made their nukes.  Birdman is right they aren't too hard to make.  Israel had a lot of underground (I mean that literally) labs and manufacturing facilities working on these.....some quit cleverly disquised and hidden.
