Collusion is an experimental add-on for Firefox and allows you, for the first time, to see all the third parties that are tracking your movements across the Web. It will show, in real time, how that data creates a spider-web of interaction between companies and other trackers.

I tried it.  Fascinating to say the least.  Not something I'd want to run all the time.  It uses a hunk of processor time when active.

I didn't pay attention to processor time - thanks for the heads up. I agree though, it's very fascinating and enlightening regarding how many hooks some sites get into your internet activities. The visual they use is very intuitive.

They need a GUI addon that will allow one to cut off as many of hte snoopers as one likes.

With Collusion to assist them I expect the default adblocker subscription lists will be improved.
