It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

Yeah, I'd given some thought to buying cigs down here and selling them to friends and relatives in WI when I went back to visit, but it's a federal crime now (6000 cigarettes or over).

It's gotten to the point where you even have to worry about breaking the law.

With cigarettes in NYC at over $110 for a carton of 200 cigs, moving a million dollars wouldn't be hard to do.

I remember when a carton was $1.14.

Also, a semi trailer can hold 70,000 cartons of cigarettes. Do you think people in organized crime know this? ;)

Pack of cigs is the equivalent of 7 bucks here now, atleast legal cigs. I wonder how big the illegal market is.

6000 and over?  So 300 packs....hmm...given the $3 a pack difference between VA and WI, and splitting the difference, that would cover my plane flight home for Christmas...

Just be sure to break a pack open and burn one...5999 Marlburo's on the wall...5999 Marlburo's...you burn one down, take em to town...
I'd hate to go to jail for selling cigarettes...it would be embarrassing.
Just more of the War on Some Drugs (non taxed ones) gone awry.
