Asinine rant moment...
« on: November 18, 2012, 11:28:05 AM »
What is the fascination with baseball caps that have over sized domes and ruler flat brims? Also the giant gold stickers on them that are so much like the stars your second grade teacher used to put on your meager attempts at writing cursive. Those things are just fugly, more so when worn all the way down on the bridge of the person's nose and cocked off at 5/16th of a turn to either side.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who hates that look.

I think they are a good thing.
It helps ID and pinpoint the dooshbags along with overdoses of Axe body spray.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Those don't bother me as much as people who dress outside their zip codes.  Seeing that style of hat in my neighborhood on a teenager makes me want to go into full-blown Walt Kowalski mode.

Believe it or not, three actually is an explanation for this. A cap that has a sticker and a flat brim has the appearance of a brand new one, just off the shelf. It's "fresh". The implication is that the person is affluent enough to wear new hats all the time.
Political tags - such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth - are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire.

I hadn't heard that. That whole style of dress (or lack thereof) seems to have migrated from black culture to white street culture on the west coast, and it's proliferating back across middle (white) america from there. I call it "wigger" style. Pisses me the *expletive deleted*ck off when I see teenagers is one-horse towns spending perfectly good money on this fake-ass expensive street clothes *expletive deleted*it.

The crazy thing is the damn wiggers dress worse and drive worse vehicles than the black thugabees.

Black- brand new shoes, pants hanging low, doo rag and hat, every piece of clothing clean and new, drives either a '70s-80s Carpice or similar land yacht with fresh paintjob and shiny expensive rims.

White- pants hanging low, filthy wifebeater, rediculously oversized hat, meth tweaker thin, clouds of axe body spray to mask the ain't showered in a week BO, always peroxide blonde hair (because nothing makes you black like that and talking in a rediculous accent) drives a shitty beatup old Camry or Honda consisting entirely of bondo, gray primer, and a huge muffler.

I *expletive deleted* hate all of these shitbags. The saddest thing I ever saw was a little 6 or 7 y.o. boy dressed by his shithead parents in the white wigger style with his pants hanging way down and wearing a giant hat and wifebeater. Talk about a kid born into douchebaggery.

There are entire *expletive deleted* stores at the mall that sell nothing but these *expletive deleted* giant brim hats. mother *expletive deleted*ers...

Thanks for giving me a new term to add to the language filter.  Not appropriate, please don't say that *expletive deleted* word again.

Edit:

And I see "wigger" being integrated further into the thread.
I better not see that kind of *expletive deleted*it again.
