Not sure what a Reaver is...but I'm thankful there are jails for them.

Ain't logical. Cuttin' on his own face, rapin' and murdering - Hell, I'll kill a man in a fair fight... or if I think he's gonna start a fair fight, or if he bothers me, or if there's a woman, or if I'm gettin' paid - mostly only when I'm gettin' paid. But these Reavers... last ten years they show up like the bogeyman from stories. Eating people alive? Where's that get fun?

You need to watch Firefly

I thought having watched Firefly was a requirement for this board?  Why aren't the mods doing their jobs?!?!?!

What does that shoulder strap connect to?

Totally wrong configuration for any of the more common physical or electric restraint systems.  Too fuzzy to be a diaper bag (and why would he have one in jail anyhow?).

Sure hope he likes Administrative Segregation (23+ hours a day all by himself) because just his looks make him a management problem.  Some short little (or fat little) inmate is going to want to make a name by shanking Mr. Beautiful.

stay safe.
If cowardly and dishonorable men sometimes shoot unarmed men with army pistols or guns, the evil must be prevented by the penitentiary and gallows, and not by a general deprivation of a constitutional privilege.

I can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that this guy had it done to himself.  I see somebody looks like that in my AO, I'm drawing.  How does someone get their eye to look like that?

They stab themselves in the eye with a needle and inject dye.

Cool thing is, I don't think we have the tech to reverse or remove it. So it's actually permanent. Tattoos you can normally laser off. Or heck, skin graft if you're really in a bind. Eyes? Not so much.

I wonder why he only got his right eye tattooed...maybe he didn't like the side effects (blindness, full or partial, is a possibility IIRC)...

Our courts use a remote controlled taser system that straps to the arm of violent defendants.  It looks like an arm brace, for an injury.  many of the defense attorneys will, with court permission, have their client wear a sling on the arm with the taser so that its presence doesn't influence a jury pool.

It looks like only 1/2 his face is following that theme.  The other half is almost normal by comparison.

I have seen a few total facial covers, and was going to post one in comparision, so off I went to bing images. Doing a search on extreme facial tattoos brought up more images than I could believe and I decided that none of them were really worth bringing over here. Just be assured, this guy probably only hits 6 or 7 on a scale of 10 with his facial tattoo.
