Most gunnies I know don't fit the stereotype.  Upper middle class collectors and shooters with more 5.11 then flannel.

But I think this commercial was designed to specifically separate us from the FUDDS.  They want the fudds to roll over and give us up because, well, nobody's going after their guns.....  :facepalm:
