I found obligation number 4 to be highly ironic.

Several spots nearly brought a tear to my eye.

I found it to be just about as valid today as it was then.  I noticed no Blacks in the crowd though.

Wow. 1960s era public films tend to be dated and campy especially when dealing with propaganda, but that really was worth watching. There was no propaganda in that.
