If it's part of state law, then I have no problem with it. The only problem I had with the Walker recall was the typical shenanigans (outright fraud, intimidation, etc.) that the left routinely uses as part and parcel of any election effort.
However, even with all that Walker was able to to not only beat the recall, but increased his margin of victory from the previous election. Again, exposing the astroturf of the left's effort.
We shall see how this plays out. My understanding of the reason Colorado went "blue" this last election is because there were several races that had Tea Party/Libertarian candidates that split the vote with Republicans allowing Democrats (especially the Governor) to win with less than a plurality.
