Some commentary, that is, if you like.

A local newsrag has this as their cover story this week.

He's not as bad as the Yewman character, but his slant is predetermined and his condesention is a little annoying.

Yes, I understand completely why. He thinks that marketing guns to children leads to the kids accidentally shooting each other. So I guess I'll just stick to grown-up guns. Kids never touch those.

On two occasions, I have been asked [by members of Parliament], "Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?" I am not able to rightly apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question.

Yes, Miller did say that. But Miller did not go on to say that the core right protected by the 2A is the right to have the firearms in current use for self defense.
