I used to have a S&W M&P340, and a Mika pocket holster to carry it in. Best pocket holster I've ever used by a long shot, but after months of wear I noticed that in certain pants it wasn't retaining as well on the drawstroke. I swapped that gun and went to a Ruger LCR that came with a Desantis Nemesis. And it's just been a disappointment the whole time I've used it, nowhere near as nice as the Mika. So I finally broke down and snagged another Mika, and in the notes on the order form I mentioned how happy I was with the one I had previously, but would it be possible to get extra grippy material on this one as I had had problems with my last one?
Robert Mika responded in minutes, agreeing to make the change I had requested for free as well as sending me a replacement for the one I already had with extra material on it as well. I'm very impressed. They're amazing holsters, and this is absolutely top notch customer service. I really respect anyone who stands by their work and will do what it takes to make things right for their customer. If you ever pocket carry, spend the $32 (shipped) and try a Mika.
