Lemon-Poppy Seed Bread experiment
« on: December 03, 2013, 01:44:52 AM »
Moar gluten-free baking.

It's not quite done in the oven yet.  I'm hoping the recipe I picked (combined with the gf-flour I've been using) turns out well.  I see some opportunities for tweaking after tasting the results of this experiment.

Homemade glaze on the finished bread.  Glaze was the juice of 2 small lemons plus 8 tbsp powdered sugar reduced to a sticky lemony yummyness.   =D

Trying to fail a drug test, eh?
