I just opened my credit card staement and what should I find? A $149.99 unauthorized charge for I don't know wht. Now I've been on hold with "customer service" for 18 minutes with no end in sight. Go over those credit card statements every month people. This isn't the first time I caught some BS charge either BTW.

Grrrrrrrrr.........

Any possibility that it's identity theft, and not Peachtree screwing with you?  If this isn't the first time you've found discrepancies on your CC bill, perhaps it's that someone else is ordering stuff with your CC over the phone or something.

Is it the automatic charge for the annual payroll tax updates?  I use Quickbooks Pro and they do that to me once a year.

Close CRT, I FINALLY got a live body on the phone and it turns out it's an automatic annual charge for a service I tried last year and then had CANCELED (cause it sucked) and gotten a refund for. But naturally the person on the other end wasn't in the right department to go over it with so NOW I have to call back again tomorrow a.m. She says, "Are you SURE you canceled it." Grrrrr....

OK, starightened it out. They had given me the refund but never canceled the service. Cute.

Anyhoo Keisha took care of it and I just have a heard time being aggravated by anybody named Keisha, so everything was settled amicably.
