Apparently there is at least one company with outstanding - and I do mean outstanding - customer service.  They contacted me about a complaint that I haven't yet made.  But they are ready to jump right in there and fix whatever it is I am going to complain about.

But where would they find people with better grammar skills? Certainly not coming out of the American educational system. U.K. perhaps?
