APS forum clock having a fit?
« on: August 14, 2014, 01:47:35 PM »
Just noticed the post times are off by 4 hours (behind).  Forum clock on vacation in Hawaii or something?

I'm seeing clock stangeness as well.

When not logged in, the timestamp is two hours behind my current local time, US. Mountain.

Logged in (IE 9 & Firefox 31), the timestamp is nine hours behind local.

Now that you mention it, I notice mine is an hour off.

Now it's good.  The time offset in my profile was wrong.  It was fine yesterday . . .

Yea, thats weird.  I set the offset to auto detect and now it reads correctly with an offset of 2, instead of the UTC - 6 as it should.

Checked my settings based on your post.  Set at -1 when it should have been +3.  Corrected and reading properly now.  Good call.

Okay, that made me remember. The clock has been wonky for a long while if not always. I had reset my offset some time ago manually. I have to be +1 for correct time. Come PST, I'll have to remember to check if it's still correct with the manual offset. I believe the forum is set to PST, so my offset may just be for Daylight Savings.

Really we have nothing to bitch about but the damn clock on here. >:D [popcorn]
