Yeah, let's have some more demonstrating on behalf of Michael Brown, 'cause that's been such a wonderful thing for our community.

Hey, vaskidmark, you've got another hour, yet.  :P

Just sitting here waiting for the breaking news tone to interrupt Adam-12.

“There is a plan,” said St. Louis County police Officer Brian Schellman. “We’re not going to discuss what the plan is, but we’re going to have a presence.”

Highway Patrol Sgt. Al Nothum also declined to discuss the patrol’s strategies for Wednesday ....

At last!  An appropriate use for all those armored vehicles the cops have gotten from DoD.  It's just a shame there are so few tracked vehicles being given away.

An updated article.

This is about 3.4 miles from my house, so I'm glad I don't need to go in that direction.

Maybe they should send a bill to this *expletive deleted*che bag for the extra officers needed for this game.

Quote
Shortly after 4 p.m., Eric Vickers, a St. Louis lawyer involved in planning the blockade, said protesters were leaving to go to the Ferguson City Jail. He declared the protest a success though the interstate wasn't shut down, and vowed it will be sometime soon.

"They are not going to allow us to get on the highway as we planned," Vickers said. "But we did tie them up for a few hours."

Many of the protesters left, but some remained and a large police presence stuck around as well.

"I guess we'll just tie up police for another couple hours," Vickers said.
There are five things, above all else, that make life worth living: a good relationship with God, a good woman, good health, good friends, and a good cigar.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

What kinda lawyer?  He any good or looking for career change
It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

A few days ago they took over a city council meeting, demanding that the council resign.  They should have done it, and perhaps even gone on the record with a few choice F-words and N-words on the way out.

The citizens of Ferguson want to turn their city into a third-world hell-hole like East St Louis or Detroit, they should get exactly that.  (Then the rest of the world can shun them.)

The demonstration was supposed to be peaceful and was aimed at protesting police brutality and encouraging voter registration, community engagement and the creation of civilian review boards to monitor police.

Every [expletive deleted] finger saw an opportunity to get into the pie.

I know. I read that article last night, and had to go over it a couple of times to make sure he really said what he said.   I guess the goal was to waste public resources AND show the police that they are trouble-makers that exist to help police meet their arrest quotas and get overtime. All while causing problems for those who work for a living.
