Seeing the price of a house in Lincoln, Nebraska, compared to what I just paid here in the Seattle area, makes me feel faint.

You don't want to know how cheap the houses are where I am going today to potentially buy one.

One I'm looking at today is a 1900 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage, 1/4 acre lot and 1 block from a lake, for $119K.

Iowa- 88% more livable that the rest of the US
