So   back to the heat issue they experienced.

Did they lose a chiller or did they lose THE chiller. If they have only one I would move.
If they are hosted in a subleased facility with a higher tier managed services and facilities provider then maybe they again should move.   
I would not leave anything that is housed even for failover out of any of the dozen or so hosting companies in the 1nf0m@rt.
