I'm trying to figure out if this inventor is a moron or a genius. This is an incredibly stupid idea, but I do see a potential for people actually buying it. Thinking for example the lady who had the bear eating her kayak in Alaska. Or possibly just a comedic genius as those drawing are funny stuff right there, get this out and use the publicity to advance some other project.

So do you use the stick before or after the 45/70's?  I am thinking after.
