He was only 67.  Apparently had been suffering from a variety of ailments for some time.

Lemmy, Bowie, now Frey.  The '70s music icons are dropping like flies.

I was a fan of Glen Frey through his Miami Vice, and fell in love with the Eagles as I grew up.  Hell Freezes Over is on my list of discs to take to the desert island.  RIP, sir.  Enjoy a Tequila Sunrise.
