On that point at least, WRT to Trump, I can agree.  It's just that Trump won't disrupt the system like you/they seem to think.  Or at all, really.

I think this issue may be more about good decision making and personal discipline.  People who make good decisions and have better dicipline with regard to personal finances generally also make better decisions and have more discipline regarding health issues. 

I don't know if that relates to Trump.  Politics doesn't always have to be rolled into it.

A higher death rate for white women is racist and fundamentally unfair to women of color. The government should mandate a higher death rate for minority women.
