More deception - why?
« on: June 23, 2016, 10:49:26 AM »
Found this story out of Idaho:

http://michellemalkin.com/2016/06/22/horror-and-hush-up-in-twin-falls-idaho/

Synopsis:  Three boys, ages 7, 10 and 14, from Sudanese and Iraqi immigrant families (Moslems perhaps?) who have been in the country for less than two years are alleged to have sexually assaulted a mentally handicapped 5 year old girl.

The issue? "Mainstream" journalists have spent more time attacking the people who've blown the whistle on this rather than investigating WHO the perps are. (Immigrants for sure. Refugees? News people don't seem to want to know.) And of course, anyone who questions the wisdom of resettling large numbers of Middle Eastern "refugees" locally is a racist.

I can understand how Administration officials want certain things covered up . . . but I'm puzzled about why so many other local officials seem to be on the same cover up bandwagon - they can't ALL be bribed or blackmailed - can they?
Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.

I think getting shot by victims is the only thing that will get the attention of some of those people.  The attitude of the local leaders is just sad.

First, if local officials everywhere are being bribed, I'm pissed off because no one has offered me any money.   =D

Second, this line, right from the article, answers it all... "The case is under seal because it involves minors."  Many State's have laws which prohibit releasing any information about a case involving a juvenile.  It's only been in the last couple of years in my state that there has been a change, and public records laws now apply to juvenile cases.  Still, probation officers, court employees, and staff are prohibited from discussing court details with anyone outside of the parties to the case or court staff.

I'm shocked that 2nd and 3rd world immigrants from the middle east would raise children capable of such things!

 :O  < shocked face
For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

That was my thought.  "It involves minors as perps, which means they get the same extra privacy protections that minor victims do"

I remember reading about a case that involved a minor female and child porn.  Produced, scripted, recorded, edited, and distributed by her.  Yes, things would have been a whole lot simpler if there had been an adult involved to place the blame on.  Yes, they wanted to find that she'd been sexually abused by somebody - so they could transfer the blame to them for the 'bad behavior caused by mental trauma...'  Nope, none of that.

As I understand it, the Judge slammed down gag orders that would make the controls on TS:SCI look like FOUO.  I like to joke that he ordered the windows boarded over and snipers posted to keep the media away.

I've seen plenty of news reports - sometimes including video - of serious crimes involving minors; they just a) omit names; and b) in the case of video, blur the perp's face.

Different states, and even different courts, have vastly different rules for handling Juvenile matters.  There are jurisdictions I know of where all officials, from the LEO investigating to the court personnel, are prohibited from sharing any information about the case.  Others have no restrictions at all.  And every possibility you can think of in between.
