I try to catch it when I can. Not real fond of some of the bickering that goes on, but seeing all those folks pulling off the weight keeps me motivated. The trainer lady for the red team ain't bad, either.

My wife likes it.....the only "reality" show I like is
The Amazing race
...watching people adapt to travelling the world is interesting to me, as well as some of the crap they come up with to put the contestants through...

for whatever the following might be worth, I canot imagine why anyone choses to view "reality" television, but that is simply my view.

My own opinion is that "the biggest loser" is the guy who sits in front of the tube every night.
