Bogus website.  Real one is abcnews.go.com.

Reporters name is Jimmy Rustling, which according to the Urban Dictionary is:

Quote
A term used in many different occasions when strong emotional needs are met. These emotions can range from sexual emotions to hateful emotions.

"Dude, she's so hot!"
"Yeah, she's really rustles my Jimmies."

"I was so angry, my Jimmies were rustled."

"She looks like she'd rustle your Jimmies."

"I got a good Jimmy rustling the other day."

Political tags - such as royalist, communist, democrat, populist, fascist, liberal, conservative, and so forth - are never basic criteria. The human race divides politically into those who want people to be controlled and those who have no such desire.

I've only ever heard rustle used in relation to cattle rustling as in stealing.  Never heard that use.  Learn something new every day.

"Rev, your picture is in my King James Bible, where Paul talks about "inventors of evil."  Yes, I know you'll take that as a compliment."  - Fistful, possibly highest compliment I've ever received.

"The rustling of the leaves in the breeze."

I never heard it in terms of rustling one's jimmies.  Gosh, it takes a lot to be on top of all the new slang and argot.
WHATEVER YOUR DEFINITION OF "INFRINGE " IS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING IT.

False flag. Now, anytime real evidence of paid protesters surfaces, they'll point to this & say "didn't happen, Been disproven".

There's nothing to add to this conversation, so it's done.
Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.
