Amps vs Kilowatt/hrs

Going back to Ohms law and IIRC: 1A @ 100V = 100 W. Is this correct?

If so, does that mean 1 amp of draw for 1 hour on a 100 V system would equal .10 KWH and therefore 10 amps of draw for one hour would equal 1.0 KWH?  AND if this ran for 24 hours straight it would equal 24 KWH?

I tried calling the electric co. on this but the robo answering lady tells me theres a 30 minute wait to speak to a human.  angry

This is true for direct current (DC). For alternating current (AC) the voltage is usually stated as RMS or the equivalent that DC would provide. So this holds true for most items for AC too, but things like motors have a shift between voltage and current phases (called power factor) so the actual power is slightly less than voltage times current. For homes I x V is usually pretty close.
