When I worked for OCP we used an outside agency that we faxed the I-9 form.  I remember once them calling me and telling me I had to fire someone because their SSN was not theirs.   Which I promptly did.


If you need a fake ID, just go to Cicero or Little Village.   Just for shits and grins, I gave one of my group leads $50 and he came back with a drivers license, SS Card, and Green Card for a "Reynoldo Perez" with my picture and a fake SSN on it.
