Empty Beds in Immigration Detention Facilities
« on: November 27, 2019, 12:08:58 PM »
While the photos bias to the opposite extreme of the AOC stuff and it would have been nice if they showed some people since we know the facilities aren't ghost towns, this is very interesting and something I've only now heard about.

Won't make the MSM (except as some form of TDS), but it sure looks like the Trump admin is getting a handle on this, despite all the dem obstacles. Similar to all the under the MSM radar judicial appointments. :)

Amid a series of sweeping actions from the Trump administration -- including the expansion of the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) that return migrants to Mexico to await their immigration hearings, increased cooperation with countries south of the border like Guatemala, and new border wall -- apprehensions have declined dramatically by more than 70 percent since May.
I heard mention of that bolded portion but only once.  That alone would discourage a lot of this.  I don't watch the news much, but I never heard anything about that new rule getting put in place.
